13-YO
Week 13 ☆HAPPY HALLOWEEN
We had exchanges on Monday night with sister love! She come over to our area with me! And my comp went to her area with her companions! We weren't able to drive anywhere or walk or pretty much do anything outside because the roads were too bad so all missionaries were in for the day but before we knew that sister love and I were out knocking like champs Tuesday morning! It was so much fun!! I LOVE SNOW AND I LOVE COLORADO!!
Then Tuesday night came, I got the "youre getting emergency transferred " call from the APs , saddest phone call of my life, so I'm now serving in the DENVER zone with sister Madsen!!
The elders that were swept out left us NOTHING! so we get to restart the ward! YAY!! We also have no where to stay yet so we got crammed into a small apartment with some other sisters Haha great.
Halloween didnt even feel one bit like Halloween but it was a super productive day for us because everyone opened their doors thinking we were trick or treating Haha, one lady was so frazzled she dropped all of her candy because her dog bumped her and she just yells "nows not a good time I have to go find the cat that's up my dogs butt!" Not sure what that meant? then we had to go in at 6 so my companion and I just played card games with the sisters we are living with!
On Saturday night when we were finding we knocking into a little Indian family who had moved from India only 3 monthes ago! They speak great English and they let us come in and share a message, we invited them to church and they came!!! Our first Sunday in our new ward and we brought a family (that's what's up) !! But we are so excited for them, they agree with everything we are saying and want an eternal family ❤ blessings.
Also this week we are starting light the world activities so we made up a way to present them! It was so fun! ☃️
This mid transfer, transfer I know was supposed to happen for many reasons and I cant wait to keep seeing these amazing works of God. I love being able to be an instrument in his hands! Remember everyone to pray for missionary opportunities! Love yall!!
