Week 24  MLK EVE!! 

Last pday we got together with the missionaries in my district and played the game where you have those things in your mouth holding it open and have to say things and people have to guess what you're saying Haha, it was pretty fun but my mouth was sore after!!
Tuesday was my mommas birthday!! So I got to call her! (Happy birthday mom!)
On wednesday we found a 93 year old lady named edna, she is the sweetest lady ever. She had us come in and let us share a message then she told us about her cool stories, shes almost died twice and has had out of body experiences. One of them she saw her mom walking down a white staircase dressed in all white coming to get her then told her she needed to stay and she couldn't come with her but she wanted her to! It was really cool, she is just so spiritual and so kind. I needed that story because the next day my parents took my doggy bella to put her down. As alot of you know, my pup bell is my pride and joy, she really is my little sister. So they got to video me in to say goodbye to her, it was just comforting to know that bells probaly got to walk up those white stairs with the man who gave her life:)
Also on thursday morning before all of that happened, we had a pre-zone celebration! It was fun, we got to see all the good stuff we've done, pictures of everyone who got baptized, got donuts and got to just talk with everyone!
Later that night we did exchanges, sister proença came to my area with me!! We had so much fun, did alot of work!! Repaid ourselves by going to pokecity and I got this delicious bowl of sushi stuff! Yummy place, all super fresh fish and octopus, a girls dream 😍 
On Sunday we went over to this less active members house (the guy who is trying to quit smoking) and read about Lehis vision in 1 nephi 8 because that's what this weeks come follow me was! (Are you all staying up on CMF??) And after we read it I blurted out "are you guys sealed in the temple?" I didnt even know what I said until after I said it! Turns out they arent and want to work towards it and learn more about temple ordinances! It was definitely the spirit that just pushed me to ask! Really cool. Then after church we had a recent convert who is from China come with us to give a girl we found named mae who is also from China and doesnt speak great English a chinese book of mormon! The whole time my companion and I just sat their awkwardly while they talked the whole time in Chinese hahah but it went really well! We had been asked to come to a party for the kids in our ward turning 8 this year to celebrate them wanting to be baptized so we spoke a little on baptism and gave them cute little kit Kat bars with a saying and accranim on them! It was so fun and they are so cute!!!
Some members in our ward invited us to their house to have a "MLK EVE" party Haha, they had milk or "MLK" and coloring sheets and games, first time I've been to an mlk eve party and probaly the last? Haha so strange but it was fun! Haha but this week was really really hard for me to be honest probaly the hardest week I've had as a missionary, I miss my pup but I know shes in very very good hands!! And she has no more pain!! Yay! I'll see her soon enough :)

John 14: 27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

On Friday I got a blessing from our senior couple and this scripture was mentioned:) I know I'm being watched over♡

•The roof I got on to take a picture then I feel off of it and we were knocking doors and after we had talked to a few people my companion goes "oh no I didnt see this before I promise!" And starts pulling huge piece of yellow dead grass out of my hair that was sticking straight up! Thanks pal.
